Characters and places we need

Don't worry about creating an app before you start roleplaying as a character. But I just want to know what characters we need and if I need to add anymore sections of Delta to the map. Characters I know we need are:

Agents
Directors
Scientists/farmers
Villains
Government officials (Keep this limited just so the story is contained for now)
